At Blue Heron Pond we are committed to giving you the best quality product for your investment from foundation to roof top. Several Modified Abby floor plans are available with a new kitchen configuration, new master bath options and closet layouts as well as a new 2-car garage plan, the Carlista.

Our most popular floor plan, the Abby Carter, 1750 sq ft, features a first floor master suite with five foot shower (jacuzzi whirlpool tub optional), a large eat-in kitchen (multiple kitchen layout options available) and an expansive living space that can be divided into separate living room and dining room areas or design and utilize the space according to your own personal entertainment and living desires.  The kitchen, foyer, dining and living rooms are all standard with hardwood flooring. At Blue Heron Pond our goal is to design and customize your home for you.  We know you may need to 'fit' your furniture so if our standard floor plans don't suit your needs we will 'tweak' the plan just for you!
