Our most popular floor plan, the Abby Carter, 1750 sqft, features a first floor master suite with five foot shower (jacuzzi whirlpool tub optional), a large 20x13 eat-in kitchen (multiple kitchen layout options available) and an expansive living space that can be divided into separate living room and dining room areas or design and utilize the space according to your own personal entertainment and living desires.  At Blue Heron Pond our goal is to design and customize your home for you.  We know you may need to 'fit' your furniture so if our standard floor plans don't suit your needs please contact us to design a plan just for you.                                                  Starting $279,900.
