The developers of Blue Heron Pond at Lancaster are brothers, Curt Plante, of Curt Plante Construction Company, www.curtplanteconstruction.com, and Brad Plante, of Bradford Site Development.

Together Curt and Brad have 40 years experience in residential development. Each has built a reputation for honesty and integrity in their business dealings with vendors, subcontractors and customers as well as for the specific talents of their craft.

Brad has worked in site development or over fifteen years, constructing the infrastructureof roads, home site development and installation of septic systems. Local projects include Fox Run and Powder Hill Road in Bolton, Cortland Drive in Hudson and most recently Sandy Ridge Road in Sterling.

Curt, a designer/builder for over twenty years, has earned a reputation of building exceptional quality homes and who prides himself on client satisfaction. Just ask his clientele! His projects can be seen in Lincoln, Natick, Waltham, Franklin, Berlin, Hudson, Boylston, Bolton, Lancaster and Sterling.
