I certainly know the health benefits of daily exercise but unfortunately I rarely incorporate such benefits into my daily life. Or do I?

I know the health benefits of a short daily walk are exponential.  Whether the goal is improving sleep, building strong bones or managing diabetes, walking helps.  Hmmm.  Add some friends to the mix and we're socializing for health.  I feel a little better.  I guess I do receive health benefits of daily exercise. I also know I can improve.

KUDOS to the woman (and occasional men) at Blue Heron Pond who are walkin' and talkin' every day.

The three adjoining roads, Blue Heron Drive, Yellow Birch Lane and Red Tail Way are approximately a 1/4 mile loop.  I see residents every day doing the loop(s)!
