Volunteer Projects August and September 2010

#1: August 28, 2010 at 8:00am-Build a partition to separate the Memorial School with the Lancaster Community Center-Crew Size 4 Volunteers Carpenter Skills/Semiskilled Carpenters. Needed. . Estimated Savings $ 2,500

Estimated time 5 hours with a 4 member crew.

#2: September 11, 2010 at 8:00am:-Come look at the new gym floor! The graffiti is gone and the floor looks brand new! We now have to place the stripes for the basketball court and the volley ball court. Estimated Crew Size # 8 Volunteers. Estimated time 8 hours with a full crew. We need volunteers that can keep a straight line. We purchased the equipment to mask the lines! Cost savings $3,000.

#3. September 18, 2010 at 8:00 am we need a crew of 8 to #10 volunteers to layout and run cable raceway in the Council on Aging Offices and Council on Aging Center as well as the Veterans Offices and the Veterans Meeting Center. Plus the recreation offices and public meeting rooms. -We have 14 drops in all. We will have all the materials and the layout complete.

Estimated time will be 8 hours with a full crew.
