The Taste of Wachusett is an annual affair sponsored by the Wachusett Chamber of Commerce.  This year the event has been expanded to 50 vendors and moved to Wachusett Mountain.  It's a great opportunity to learn about the area's restaurants, retail establishments, bakeries, local orchards and farms, hotels and other business establishments.  The eating establishments offer samplings of delicious appeziters, soups, entrees, desserts and beverages.  It's really a great way to see (a.k.a. 'taste')  so much local flavor (no pun intended) in the local area.

In addition, thanks to the new location this year, you can enjoy the free sky ride chair lift to the summit and enjoy the mountain's vista and fall foliage.

SAVE the date: Wednesday, September 24, 4-8pm.  Ticket prices $25 in advance, $30 at the door and $15 for seniors and children under 12.

A bus is available from the Shaw's Plaza in Clinton for those who don't want to drive.  The round trip is free to seniors 65 and over and $5 for all others.  Please call the Chamber at 978-368-7687 to reserve a space on the bus.
