The American Red Cross is having a blood drive this Sunday, April 17, at the Lancaster Fire Station at 1055 Main Street from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.  Walk-ins are always welcome but you can call 1-800-733-2767 to schedule an appointment.
 
On Sunday afternoon the Bulfinch Fund and Lancaster Historical Society are sponsoring a couple of back-to-back programs at the Bulfinch Church Community Hall.  The Bulfinch Fund’s program, presented by Dr. Harvey Green (see Town of Lancaster, Massachusetts - "In Praise of Wood" Presentation) starts at 2:00, followed at 3:00 by a reception and the Historical Society’s annual meeting, where Heather Lennon will present a program entitled “Lancaster Then and Now.”
