Yoga is a wonderful way to relax but did you also know it will help you tone muscles, improve circulation and increase flexibility and balance!  And, of course the meditation benefits merge the mind, body and soul!

Experience yoga at Health Ways at the Orchard Hills Athletic Club in Lancaster.  There are multiple classes available.

Several residents at Blue Heron Pond attend classes at Health Ways and have realized the many benefits of Yoga.
