Blue Heron Pond, a 55+ active adult community, is a neighborhood of 58 town homes located on a private 46 acre site.  A peaceful and serene setting, 13 acres are under development for the town home village area with additional conservation land of birch, oak, pine and other indigenous vegetation in an envelope of nature around us.  A light post and ornamental flowering tree adorn the entrance of each town home.

Located in picturesque Lancaster, MA, you'll enjoy the town's rural character of historic homes, apple orchards and equestrian estates. Whether still working, entering retirement or enjoying the leisure years of full retirement, Blue Heron Pond is easily accessible and just minutes from Rt. 495, 2 and 190.

All buildings consist of only 2 or 3 town homes grouped together which means more end unit opportunities within the whole community.  An up close and personal visit is the best way to see Blue Heron Pond and, of course, talk with the dozens of residents who have chosen to call Blue Heron Pond home.  If you have never been, its time to visit.
